UTV Restoration & Repair is a domestic LLC in the state of Arizona that specializes in restoring and repairing Side by Side (SxS) Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) or Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) to help put your Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) back in action for you, on the trails, in the sand dunes, rock crawling, hunting, or helping you with your utility tasks.
Yes. We perform restoration and repair services on customer owned UTVs. We use OEM parts to restore your UTV. For non-OEM stock equipment and accessories, we work with the customer to select approved after market parts, then restore these items on your UTV.
Yes. We can customize your UTV to meet your needs. We take your UTV and add OEM and aftermarket approved subsystems and accessories. We install street legal kits, bumpers, windscreens, lightbars, reverse light, cargo and rock lights, mirrors, nerf bars, cargo carriers, 4-5 point seat harnesses, skid plates, air particle separator, winch, communication systems and other UTV accessories and riding equipment. We run the necessary electrical to installed lights, winch, air particle separator, intercom, radio systems and any other installed electrical subsystems. We handle wheel and tire upgrades as well.
Yes. We purchase damaged UTV cars. Our preference is 2019 and newer UTVs. After careful evaluation of the damaged UTV, a fair market value may be provided to purchase the damaged UTV from the owner or from the insurance company. Depending on the business case, we may purchase non damaged UTVs.
Yes. We install street legal equipment. Some states have different regulations that may not be the same for all locations. We recommend a universal street legal kit consisting of a horn, license plate holder with light, rear view mirror, or side view mirrors or both, and turn signals. Head lights, tail lights, break lights and 3-point seat belts will come stock from the UTV OEM. In addition to installing a street legal kit on your UTV, you will need to carry at least personal liability insurance, and obtain an OHV registration through your state MVD/DMV. Depending on your state, UTV registration may include partial street registration for driving your UTV on the street and an Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) registration decal to place on your license plate.
Yes. We provide the OEM maintenance services recommended by the UTV original equipment manufacturer (OEM). In addition to OEM scheduled maintenance, we provide new tire replacement services.
At present, no we do not rent UTVs. UTV rentals is in our future business plan.
Yes. We provide suspension and shock upgrade service. We remove the shocks from the UTV and take them in to a suspension shock business to have the shock maintenance and upgrade performed. We then reinstall the shocks on the UTV. Alternately, we have the business upgrading the shock remove and install the shocks on the UTV.
No. At this time, we do not change the engine specs or add an engine turbo kit to increase engine performance.
No. We recommend working with an authorized business for them to install a trailer tow hitch on your vehicle. Most shops that sell a receiver hitch and ball for towing equipment will support installation of the equipment.
